Doesn't work but good customer service.
I have an HP Pavilion dv6 that draws 120w but for some reason this charger doesn't work for it. Luckily YTech Key has good customer service and replaced my charger after I told them it wasn't working (even after the 30 day return period!) but unfortunately the new charger didn't work either. It looks like they're going to give me the money back, so that's good. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because they have good customer service, but I can't give them much more positive feedback as the product didn't really work.
