Can't tell how the product helps the wrist. I can try, but I may have to argue with him first; I received the XL which says it fits 7.5-9.0 inches. My wrist was 7.25" and after reading another review about the sleeve running small I ordered the next size up. It's still tight and my arm hurts when I wrapped the copper strap around my wrist , I made it very loose because the sleeve was already tightened.The velcro on the wrap is very good but I am a bit concerned about the effect it has on the strip it is attached to.As the velcro is very is strong, when i took it off once i noticed that it pulled out to the point of snagging and forming a "fluff." I'm not sure how long it will actually last if I turn it on and off multiple times/multiple times a day .
