I like the convenience of having an app that we could use at any time, it was very practical for us as my husband works from home most days so he had no idea where anyone would come back if they did not pick me up right away! It is best when everyone has their own smart phone which means less messing around trying to figure out what route someone took etc. Sometimes there were delays but nothing bad enough to make me change anything about how friendly and helpful this service is. Be patient because sometimes it does take longer than expected but all worth while once its done though!! We used to struggle getting rides together since some people worked different hours depending on their availability.
