A near perfect bag.
Well I really like this bag. I use public transport every day, which is handy on crowded trains as I can switch from backpack to shoulder bag very quickly. My favorite feature is the little pocket on the back for things like a wallet since it's hidden. But the bag is a bit small for an everyday bag, which is why I bought it (e.g. deducting a star because this bag is positioned as a laptop bag and the straps are very narrow. Comes with a laptop, a laptop charger and a water bottle so the bag quite uncomfortable to carry I think if the straps were thicker she wouldn't dig around much.
