Reminds me of the glasses Anderson Cooper wears NOT why I bought them. They're progressive (in my case +2.50 at the bottom of the lens), work very well for me - I'd say they're small to medium. The frame around the lenses is metal, the metal spring hinges, the metal frame extends noticeably about 1/3-1/2 to the side, then (I hope) the metal in the plastic to set back the side support. I like the look, the price is a bit high but I like how the sides flex a little which gives a very comfortable fit and hopefully a durable design.
