very easy to use small enough to drop in purse .very happy with it. BUT our other order is not here yet ? not sure if we will ever order from another company threw amazon. they're making your business sower not trust worthy . it was very expensive. guess they just took our money and ran. it was a (roller walker).need it very bad. wife is handicap we're seniors. thank you
