Review on Xero Shoes TerraFlex Running Hiking Men's Shoes in Athletic by Lex Ismael

This is my second pair of Xeros, my first pair is the mid-rise version of the Xcursion. Initially I was happy with the Terra Flex for its lightness, flexibility, wide toe box and great profile. I received these shoes a few days before my scheduled 11-mile hike on the Chilnualna Falls Trail (all moderate trails) in Yosemite on July 26, 2021. In less than 2 miles I sprained my toe and the outsole started to separate from the outsole. Top of the boot along the seam. How is that possible?! These are running/hiking shoes that have barely been used for less than 2 miles. A bad start is certainly not acceptable for Xero Shoes. Imagine if the entire outsole came loose later during the hike I would be in a bit of a situation.
