I bought three safety cones. They were delivered very quickly and were well packaged with no damage. The description said each cone was quite heavy. Definitely heavy enough to withstand a capsize in high winds. But they are not difficult at all. I have several traditional 18" stackable polyphonic cones and they actually seem to be a bit lighter. No problem moving them from place to place, and certainly no problem when folded. The orange body of the cone glows evenly The reflective foil is opaque and therefore does not light up in the evening This is not a problem as the reflectivity is best used for oncoming vehicles. There is a hole in the top of the cone and while I believe the cone is considered waterproof/resistant I have yet to test it in the rain. The good news is that they are easy to store away as they fold flat. So I'll probably just put them away when not in use. the easiest way is to do it. A small minus is that the lighting scheme is in the BASE. Therefore, unlike traditional safety cones, the base is NOT HOLLOW. You cannot stack them face up. They only fold when folded. Is that a deal breaker? I do not think so. Something to note though.
