Stylish and professional

This fabric backpack has padded compartments for your laptop and/or tablet. Package measures 11.5 x 6 x 17 inches and weighs 1lb 10oz without packaging. The main compartment has a large pocket that is 11.5 inches wide and 16.5 inches high, allowing space for a laptop up to 15 inches. The smaller pocket measures 8.75 x 11.5 inches (or larger) to fit an iPad, tablet or e-reader. Even with electronics in those two padded pockets, there's still room in the main compartment for a couple of books (3.5 x 12 x 14 inches). The electronics pockets are secured with a single 1.5 inch wide Velcro strap. The electronics pockets are padded on both sides. The main compartment closes with two zippers at the top. Metal zippers with nylon thread and rubber extensions. An alternative opening for the top is the front buckle, which opens to allow easy access from above. There is an additional front pocket with its own zippered top, 8.5" wide and 12" deep. There is additional padding between the front pocket and the main compartment. There are 4 small organizer pockets in the front pocket: 2 small pen pockets and 2 large 3.5" x 4.75" and 4.5" x 4.75". Outside the front pocket is an additional vertical zippered pocket with a 7" tall opening. This zipper is fully rubberized to make it waterproof and the zipper is a 1" wide rubber strip. Both sides of the pack have mesh bottle holders (8" deep) with elasticated tops and clip loops.Backpack straps are soft. Both the shoulder straps and the back of the backpack are covered with a sweat-wicking mesh. There is a large loop on the top of the backpack for grab/hanging.Outside of the pack is a gray fabric; All backpack pockets are lined with water repellent nylon. The bag is lined with black nylon. The Dell logo appears on the outside pocket and on one of the zippers. I like the fit of this backpack. It has a low profile but can withstand a lot, mainly because it's very tall, the extra height means I can carrying my very large backpack with a full 15 inch screen. All the padding ensures that none of the hard edges of my load hit my back. It's also really handy to have extra pockets for electronics so I can carry my tablet and computer and both have easy access. The organizer pockets in the front compartment are great for storing pens and my ID. And on rainy days I can hide my folding umbrella in the back pocket. Even if the umbrella is wet, I don't have to worry about moisture reaching my books or laptop in the main compartment. The bottle holders on the sides of the pack are also handy and deep enough to securely hold a water bottle. Overall this is a good backpack, well thought out, well constructed and with a cool look.
