The shoes themselves appear to be very well made and the style is excellent. After reading the reviews I took the reviewer's advice and ordered a half size smaller than my usual size and they fit perfectly. My problem with this shoe is the "comfort cushion" that sits in the heel of the shoe. It is a raised yellow blister in the heel that is designed to protect the heel from impact when walking. Instead, it rubs uncomfortably on my heel, which is uncomfortable and also creates pressure points. Too bad, otherwise these shoes would have been great. I will definitely return them. For the price, this shoe should offer excellent comfort right from the start!
