Review on Cortelco 1-Handset Landline Telephone 221021-TP2-27E by Joseph Lang

This is a well made landline phone with most of the features you need but it doesn't interface to external voicemail services (we have AT&T) and doesn't enable them "Messages" indicator or any other feature that notifies you of a pending message, which is very disappointing as multiple customer reviews have confirmed this particular feature to be working. The New Call indicator lights up when someone comes in, but the Message indicator does not light up when a message has been left on your external voicemail service, so you are not alerted to a new message. with phone refers to the display "message" as if it works the way you think it does, but there is no website or phone contact to further resolve this technical issue/question.
