I like the way the system is designed, the interface is very intuitive and it looks like it has a lot of room for customization. I think it is not complete in some areas, like the field service module. I think the tool is very intuitive and easy to use. I think it's a great tool to manage our workforce, and in general, I would say it's a good tool. I do not like that the system requires a lot of work to customize. I do not like that you have to install a lot of modules because it is not a fully integrated tool. It is a tool that allows us to manage our workforce, but it is not a full-fledged tool. We use it to manage the different activities of the company, including scheduling, requests, and so on.
