Easy way keep control over different business areas

The main benefit of using this software has been its ability to manage all our processes, from sales orders through production planning and manufacturing execution as well as warehouse operations with ease. It also offers great customer support which I find very helpful when making changes or questions about how things work. As much as we do not have any complaints at this time it would be nice if there were more options for customization such as adding new products/categories etc without…

Great ERP System used internationally and domestically

I like that it's easy to configure, use etc for our needs as business grew over time we needed more flexibility with configuration options of how things work internally. It can be difficult at times configuring something you need but if your willing enough its not too hard! We've been using this software since 2002 so there has only really ben updates made within recent years (2015/2016). There have also recently started some new features which are great however they're still quite expensive…

We are using Git and GitHub for our source control.

Implemented full solution on SAP HANA database, and i see some improvements in speed and cost reduction. Support is very fast (we did a remote session with them), and very nice to work with. Excellent design/development skills, as expected from a large company such as Acumen. I like how they use git and github; this way you don't forget your changes after moving or merging branches into master branch. Also it's good to know if there was an error in code or something wrong when testing - all…

  • They make sure we're on top of the newest trends and best practices, without forcing us to implement new ones.
  • Very easy to learn and understand
Cons
  • We had to go back and read the API docs to understand some things better.
  • For example, the documentation mentions an operation named 'get', but no such thing exists in the API.
