The main benefit of using this software has been its ability to manage all our processes, from sales orders through production planning and manufacturing execution as well as warehouse operations with ease.

It also offers great customer support which I find very helpful when making changes or questions about how things work. As much as we do not have any complaints at this time it would be nice if there were more options for customization such as adding new products/categories etc without having to pay extra fees for that functionality but overall everything works fine! We are able to track every order placed by customers and know exactly where each one stands along with what's being produced so far.
