I bought this and the mint green version in a size 12. One for my athletic 9 year old and one for my skinny 12 year old. Looks EXACTLY like the photo. The flower is loose with a pin clasp so you can choose to wear it or not. Nice cotton lining. NOT prickly. I have 2 girls who are very picky when it comes to comfort in clothes. There is no pinching, no rubbing, no poking or squeezing. It's very flowy and cut to fit any figure. I would appreciate it if your daughter had breasts. This is not an elastic fabric.
