Order received, goods of high quality. I ordered youth size for my two girls. My little one is 7 years old and slim and my eldest is 9 years old and slim. The youth set was perfect for my youngest. However, it fits my older set perfectly. It doesn't last more than a year. So in my opinion youth size is suitable for kids under 9 years old. But if the child is a bit heavier, I would say that it's a bit small for her. For children from 8 years. Take the next size up, they run small. Got a youth size for my senior based on some reviews. I should have bought the adult size. So she was able to hold out for a few years. But I have to say that I like the quality of the pads. Hope that helps.
