Update: The company emailed me to inquire about the issue as they need to hold the monitor. After sending me a photo of the question they sent me a new part and it seems to be holding up. It's funny because the old part seemed solid. 5 stars because it does what it's supposed to and for the great customer service. First Review: This is the third I've tried of these things. None of them support my 24 inch monitor which weighs less than 19 pounds. I have, and the monitor sags. It's a pain because I have to put it on my permanent desktop (the separate piece that sits on the table) otherwise there won't be enough room for the monitor base. It's fairly easy to assemble and works well with a laptop or iPad. Just no monitor.
