I like that it works with eBay so we can ship directly from there instead of having our own account setup which has really helped us out over time! It's not too complicated but does take some learning how everything goes together for you first before getting in depth into all its features as well (which helps). If any problems arise they are quick at responding & fixing them within hours if needed - great customer service!! We have used this product since 2015 when using Ebay was still an option through USPS rather than UPS/FedEx etc..
