I like that you can ship to multiple addresses at once, which is great for businesses with many locations or customers in different states/countries! The customer service has been very helpful as well - they're always quick to respond when there's an issue (or even if it isn't their fault!). It would be nice if we could see how much shipping will cost before placing our order so we don't have any surprises later down the road. Also sometimes items are shipped separately from what was ordered;

I like that they have a lot of different carriers to choose from, but it's not always easy to find what you need. Sometimes you can't get your item in time because they don't ship it out fast enough!
