I like that you can ship to multiple addresses at once, which is great for businesses with many locations or customers in different states/countries! The customer service has been very helpful as well - they're always quick to respond when there's an issue (or even if it isn't their fault!).

It would be nice if we could see how much shipping will cost before placing our order so we don't have any surprises later down the road. Also sometimes items are shipped separately from what was ordered; this makes tracking them difficult because all of your packages aren't together in one place.
