This is a GREAT aviary for raising young tree tarantulas! Please do NOT use this aviary for jumping spiders or tarantula snares! The shell should be larger than any shell opening you chose for your tarantula. Please do your research, these are NOT jumping spider houses. Join the jumping spider or tarantula group on Facebook as these groups showcase the perfect animal content of various species and sizes. That being said, this is an excellent aviary for raising young tree tarantulas if the instructions are read and followed correctly. The case is larger than it looks and once the protective acrylic coating is removed, it becomes crystal clear. If you don't remove it, it will look like frost and you won't be able to see your young tarantula. It's also a great price compared to other cases. When your tarantula's snare has outgrown its enclosure and is in its juvenile stage, this is the perfect snare! Good luck holding the tarantula!
