When you make sauerkraut you need these Bus trays

I am very pleased with this set of three Bus trays. I bought them to chop cabbage for making homemade sauerkraut. I put my wooden cutting board in the bus tray to chop and shred the cabbage. This protects my kitchen floor from flying cabbage. I pour the mince into a second pan to season with salt, then pat the cabbage off with a wooden tool. These bus pallets are made of durable, not cheap, brittle plastic. Very happy with these bus pallets!
