The bag was doing great for what I needed, until it tore when I tugged on it to situate it onto our dolley. I barely touched it and suddenly there was a long rip along the seam. I had picnic items inside and was thankful I had another bag to transfer the items. It's not bad, just may not last long.

I bought this to use for my Doordash deliveries. First use was for Pizza Hut. Call me crazy, but I swear the food was hotter when I took it out of the bag then when I first put it in. This worked great for keeping a bunch of breakfast casseroles very toasty warm for several hours. It was used for a breakfast where breakfast casseroles were made ahead but had to be kept hot as they were served throughout the breakfast/brunch over a two hour period. All of them were just as hot as if they just came out of the oven and it held about 6 large 8X10 pans of hot food. Would recommend. Easy to fold up and store.

I have several, both red and gray. Easy to fold, easy to clean. Not heavily insulated, but does not need to be for my purposes. They hold a lot of groceries and convenient to carry hot casseroles when traveling to family.

I got this cooler bag to take on a cruise ship for my son who has multiple allergies. It worked great with a bunch of frozen meals inside and ice bags. Help up nicely and served the purpose we needed it for. The only reason I gave it 3 stars because a longer, over the shoulder handle would’ve been useful and a fold up, hard bottom. If it had these, it would have been perfect. Still worked out great for what we needed it for though and held up well through security and lugging it onboard.

Great bag able to fit multiple food platter/trays that you see from caterers. Side handles on all four sides to carry it by one person or two people. Good insulation and so far so good since using this for over a month. For the low price of $20 you can’t go wrong with this item.

Keeps cold food cold and hot food hot. Problem is that it is too flimsy for a bag this size. Atleast the price is good. I would give it 5 stars if it was more reinforced.
