A little bit dented. Easy to fix with a block of wood, hammer and patience. As many people have said-DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THE BOLTS! I repeat DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THE BOLTS. Just tighten them until snug. This is the second time I ordered from gridmann; the first time, I received what I would expect from China at the price in which I bought them. This time, it seems like either these came from a different factory or they're starting to hone in on their manufacturing processes. These are a very solid shelf for the price. Still magnetic, so not a high grade stainless. Hope you have the same experience that I did!

I have a weird L-shaped kitchen and regular wall cabinets would look too crowded.I purchased these and found them to be easy to install. To get the spacing right for the holes, I made a template from the cardboard packing materials and then leveled and drilled my holes from there.The protective film is a little hard to remove, but not impossible. I bought this for our laundry room, which we had just remodeled. I also use this room for washing our dogs (very large farmhouse sink). The one thing we were missing was a good strong shelf to hold both laundry and dog washing supplies. We wanted something sturdy, but still good looking since we had just remodeled the room. When this arrived I was amaze at how well it was packed, I mean nothing was going to damage this. After unpacking, I was again surprised at the weight and feel of the shelf.

it was nice - just what i want - but it was packaged bad and the supports were sliding in the box during shipping and scratched up the nice finish - so i returned it - but i am ordering it again - I hope it is packaged better - i will need 4 more -

The shelf arrived earlier than promised. Install was very straightforward and easy. Took about 15-20 mins. A second person though not required for the install, makes the job easy. Used the supplied hardware to install and it seems pretty sturdy.Very happy with the quality. I installed it in our spice kitchen which has a commercial theme and this shelf fitted perfectly With other accessories and appliances.

Install was a breeze, shelf is beautiful and super sturdy. It lives directly over the laundry room sink and holds all kinds of cleaners we don't want our kids accessing. It is exactly as pictured and has quality welds on all the joints. Could not be happier with this shelf!

We were able to put it up and attach it to the studs. Great value and looks great. I got the 36”x12” and it’s the perfect storage for 3 small appliances.

Although I would not recommend, I installed it with many (I mean it) pieces of heavy-duty velcro so as not to damage the wall. Has held fine (and surely if it fell I would blame the velcro not the shelf) with fairly light teas, coffee, etc on top.Really sturdy and attractive and cheap -- even when it gets a small scratch is just adds so character and still looks just as good!

The product itself it great and exactly what we were looking for. However we ordered three items from this company, two shelves and a speed well. Every item was great but the packaging was horrible. Every item have varying degrees of damage including scratches, dents and bent areas. We had to tap out minor dents, bend some areas back into place and buff the flat surfaces to removes scratches. I bought the Gridmann NSF Stainless Steel Commercial Kitchen prep table first and then these wall shelves to go with it. I used them in a remodeled kitchen. That "commercial look" is perfect. They look fantastic up against my subway tiles and getting so much use out of them while enjoying the space it provides me to cook some great dishes. We installed the first one, then very quickly realized we needed a second. Just did a renovation at our Barbershop, and looks amazing having new wood walls and Stainless Steel shelves! Very clean, stylish, and modern!

We love the look of this shelf for our kitchen, it is sturdy if it is installed correctly, have someone with common sense do the work. Our only complaint is product could be packaged better to reduce scratches from the shipping staples, otherwise excellent product

Well, its magnetic. That means it'll rust in extreme service. Eh, I like it. Looks good and went up easily. Sturdy too. It's not an elegant shelf, but utility. It's for my garage.

Nice looking and sturdy shelves. Being used in a commercial kitchen setting. Assembly was fairly simple without major problems. Several of the studs were not welded straight making threading awkward. Edge of metal supports were sharp and not finished well. They required smoothing to avoid cutting danger.Otherwise great shelves for a very reasonable price.

Shelf supports are 3 separate pieces for the 60 inch version. They attach to shelf with brazed on bolts. The nut is not meant to be torqued down--you risk compromising the braze. Only tighten the nut enough to keep the shelf from moving on 3 brackets. Brackets support the weight on the shelf, not the brazed on bolt and the nut.
