The product itself it great and exactly what we were looking for. However we ordered three items from this company, two shelves and a speed well. Every item was great but the packaging was horrible. Every item have varying degrees of damage including scratches, dents and bent areas. We had to tap out minor dents, bend some areas back into place and buff the flat surfaces to removes scratches. One shelf packaging was so badly damaged that the included screw set had opened up and most parts were gone. I will say that I contacted the company and they set replacements.If you are willing to work through the issues above the end result is great.
