Great headlights for my boat

I used them as headlights/spotlights on my Tracker 175. I mounted them to the RAM mount in the bow and plugged them into a 12V SAE connector that is typically used for solar panels. . The connector connects to a switch that I installed on the console. They are very light and I can confirm that they are indeed waterproof. These little lights saved my boat from certain destruction a few nights ago as we were slowly cruising through a field of tree stumps at 2am as a storm blew up. The light was bright enough to cut through the water and see the stumps and trees before hitting them. with my sub-block even in wind-blown waves. In my opinion, such lights are essential for correct driving and are a good and economical option. They run relatively cool and don't use much battery power. On a multimeter they draw 1.5 amps when connected together. I would highly recommend them to you small boat builders and catfish hunters.
