Not ergonomic to use
The handle is not ergonomic at all. When you apply pressure, the arm starts to hurt, and wooden wheels are great for something like a shin or thigh, but when you try to rub it on someone's back, it's hard to tell if you're rubbing muscle or bone . I already threw away the packaging, otherwise I would have sent it back.
