. As the only non-sponsored purchaser of these units, I will share my opinion as the sponsored reviews did little to help me make a choice. Firstly I would like to say that I haven't used many of these until about 7 sheets and I haven't had a chance to see how durable they are but the first results are very good. I printed them on a high quality color laser printer, but not an industrial model, so my results should be the same as anyone with a regular printer from a big store. These labels are thinner than regular Avery labels and have a plastic wrap-like feel rather than paper, which is said to make them "water and tear resistant". The adhesive isn't as strong as previous reviews suggested, but it's more than adequate for any reasonable application. It's stronger than regular Avery paper labels, but not as strong as the shipping labels they sell. The labels could be removed if the position was changed, so they are not permanent. The glue seems to stick after a while, I didn't bother to peel it off. The labeled bottles are made of thin LDPE and were clean and dry when labelled. The labels are inherently glossy and this extends to the toner after printing, leaving the labels looking nice and clean. I could also easily see the pt 4 font on the labels, the edges are crisp and clear, no smudges, no peeling. Can't speak to the chemical resistance on the labels as mentioned in some other reviews as I only use it in the presence of Propylene Glycol and Glycerin which they do well so far. In summary, labels are clearly a step above your mileage. Mill Avery labels, they look better, feel more durable and deliver the highest quality end result. The price per label is slightly higher than standard labels, around three times the price of a label, although they are still not that expensive for a 600 box. I think they're a little overpriced and the claims of other reviewers here and from Avery are a bit embellished, but I would still buy them again because they fit my needs better than anything I've tried and the price is still reasonable. Scrolling down here and paying 35 people to review your product in no way makes me (and probably many other people) more or less likely to buy based on that review. If you're paying someone (a free product really is no different from a paid one), most people will be a lot more lenient with the product being reviewed, making reviews pretty much useless when you're trying to get an idea of the good and bad Properties of a product and in which applications it can and cannot work well. only food for thought. at the end of the day i decided to try this product because i have been happy with other avery products and have relied on this tradition for these reviews. Update: Still using these labels and haven't had any issues with them. They seem to hold up quite well over time for my use. absolutely worth a few euros more to get away from the cheaper papers.
