Everything works fine for the first time. But he spends shortcuts like no other. I've had it since November '16 and have had a few issues. We only ship at the USPS Priority rate and I bought the DYMO LabelWriter 4XL because I read it can print directly from the USPS website. Not so! I was unable to adjust the printer settings or the USPS website settings to get the correct print orientation. Very unpleasant! This is a great printer for Windows users and with the right knowledge for Mac users too. However, as a Mac user I returned a fully working printer as a replacement as I didn't know how to reset the print queue. And when I contacted tech support, they didn't know about it and only had instructions to help Windows users.
