What I love about this product is its ease of use. The only negative was that the letters/numbers looked faded after a while even though no ink was used. But I would still recommend this item for shipping stuff.

This thing won't stop blinking purple and there is no information about it on their website. I went to ask support and they answered THIS. I would at least try to fix this if I didn't get banned outright just for asking a simple question about YOUR product that broke.

Pros: Economical, easy to install/configure, print speed - labels crash! Cons: The print quality is not as sharp/even weak. Thin lines are dotted and fine print is barely visible. Luckily the barcodes are readable but I was shocked to find that my inkjet printer is of better quality than this one. At least with thermal printing, you don't have to worry about running out of ink.

I bought this for my home business and it's just been a headache. The printer kept spitting out labels. After 2 hours of fiddling and talking to support, they send a replacement. An exchange didn't help either. The plug on the back of the car had a piece of metal preventing me from plugging it in. Every time I tried to squeeze it a little, it sparked hard. Don't waste your time or money.

I ordered this product and returned it. I am sure this is a great product if you are computer savvy. I could never get it to connect to my computer to download drivers for my laptop. What little I could get to print seemed to be a great printer. You also have to be careful not to get nicked labels, otherwise the program won't know when to stop. Make sure you use notched labels as they have a sensor so they know when to stop. WARNING: USE ONLY CUT-OUT LABELS.

I absolutely LOVE it! this printer. I chose this one because of the price and am very happy with it. I was about to buy another printer but due to its popularity on TikTok, the price has increased by more than $50. This printer lists the same exact features, but a fraction less. Also, SUPERRR is easy to install. It also looks smooth. The printer is SUPER fast, efficient and small. I use it for so many stickers! A must-have item for small businesses.
