This is my first thermal printer. I'm an online reseller (Ebay, Etsy and Mercari mainly) and I'm tired of struggling with my clunky old laser printer. I use a Mac so I was worried about finding one that runs smoothly on OS Catalina. I needed something that wasn't fussy about brand names, something small and something relatively inexpensive. I stopped there and I'm so so so happy I did. There were a few issues installing the driver, but the customer service was great and they emailed me an updated driver asap. Then everything installed like clockwork and prints lightning fast and reliably. Mercari doesn't have any options for 4x6 inch PDF labels but I just crop them in preview and they print fine. It's a very easy-to-use printer (it only has two buttons) and it can detect label size and tear-offs by itself. I look forward to using this little printer for years to come :)
