Review on ๐Ÿ–จ๏ธ Convenient and Efficient: DYMO LabelWriter Thermal Printer 1755120 by Esera Warren

Warning - use may require Voodoo

I have come to the conclusion that this printer was either harassed or deliberately designed to be as unreliable as possible. I don't often print mail, but when I do I love the simplicity of thermal labels. It looks professional and is very easy to use. So I bought it thinking it could do this meager job without spending a lot of money on a business model. The thing is, if it works, it works. It prints quickly and clearly and does exactly what I want it to do. The problem is getting him to want it. It's an absolute nightmare for my Windows 10 PC to see it properly. After many cycles of reinstalling drivers and software, I found that it just happily connects to USB 2.0 ports. Strange, but I have several of these. But even that does not reassure this device. Just today it was connected to the same port as always but it wasn't working. So I went through another song and danced plugging it into different ports, rebooting and putting it on different surfaces. As an added sign of his creepiness, the blue light stays on even when he's unplugged. I don't know how it works, but I digress. Eventually I manage to get it working again while sitting on the floor by plugging it into a regular port. I have no idea what the magic step was. Needless to say, this device is annoying. I can't understand how Dymo engineers could design the product and/or drivers so poorly. This is one of the only heartburn devices I have that Windows 10. That should be easy by now folks. Bring it together.
