I was so excited to get this dress because of the faerie vibe it gives off, and I was hoping the beige would be more natural looking. It's peachy, which is fine except I think the color looks weird on me. I immediately wanted to exchange it for another color, but when I put it on, I was floored by how well it fits and how comfy it is!I'm short, curvy, and I wear dresses whenever I can. I have dresses made with a similar material to the lace, and I can already see, even straight out of the packaging, that the elastic in the lace is going to rip easily. I was worried I would tear it because even though it stretches a decent amount, it is delicate. I also worried I might put a thumb through it. But it fits so nicely! I love the way it feels on me, and it hugs my figure in a flattering way.I like my clothes form-fitting, sometimes tight, but not restrictive, and this feels amazing to me. The slip is definitely on the short side. If you're tall or curvy, you might want to buy a longer slip, unless you don't care if you flash someone. I tried it on backwards, apparently, and I am pleased to report that it looked and felt lovely. There's plenty of room for boobs, and it still fits an hourglass figure well.Anyway. I plan to return the beige dress and get at least one other color. Even if it seems flimsy, I like the look and feel enough that I think I'd wear it even after it gets strings hanging off.
