This pillow was one of the best purchases of my life. I notice my fiancé uses it all the time. According to him, it's "the best sleep product ever invented." My animals love it too. This is the best dream I've ever had. Pregnant or not, I think everyone should have this pillow. My only complaint is that I have a hard time getting out of bed to urinate 3 times a night because I'm too comfortable to get up. but when i lie down again after emptying my bladder, i feel maximum comfort again. I can sleep with it, sit with it and support my swollen legs, use it as extra back support while reading. It does everything! I cannot praise this pillow enough. I WARN that getting into the pillowcase is a little awkward at first just because of the pillow's odd shape, but it really doesn't matter much. I can NOT talk about this pillow upstairs and am asking everyone to buy it. FORGET body pillows. MATERNITY PILLOWS WILL RULE THE PILLOW WORLD.
