, sensitive skin and has a lovely orange scent. I use it after cleansing and it feels refreshing while offering traditional toner benefits like removing residue and maintaining skin's pH balance. My skin looks calmer and more radiant. It's also an astringent that shrinks pores and dries up sebum (not desirable for my dry skin). Vitamin C is one of my favorite skincare ingredients and is great for toners because it provides the skin with antioxidants that fight sun damage. This toner contains the potential antioxidant Kakadu Plum. In particular, it contains aminopropyl ascorbyl phosphate. It's a stable form of vitamin C that has antioxidant properties and can lighten discoloration and treat inflammation. This toner doesn't leave my skin tight or dry, but I use it in moderation (max once a day) as I have dry skin. and witch hazel is the third ingredient. Paula's Choice explains that witch hazel has short-term benefits but contains sensitizing tannins that are drying in the long-term. Also, most witch hazel contains some alcohol. So far I've only seen benefits with moderate use, but probably best for normal to oily skin as witch hazel is likely to dry out my skin too much in the long run. Pleases. 4.5 stars.
