Protecting with Style: Jeacent Window Air Conditioner Cover Large, Enhanced Bottom Coverage Review

I’ve just put it on the a/c so we’ll see what spring brings. For now, it seems well made and good interior lining. I put my old one over it for added protection. The only problem is the straps. The strap to pull to snug it tight doesn’t work smoothly. Ultimately the straps are a dud. Not sure they’d hold in a stiff wind and could need readjustment throughout winter. I used bungee cords instead.

I measured my window A/C and entered this information into the Best Buy search bar and was lucky enough to have found a large A/C cover that I believed would fit just nicely and keep the cold winter air from entering into my living room. It was delivered on time as I expected and I promptly removed it from the packaging and installed it. It fits like a glove and the wife is happy - thanks Jeacent Innovations!

This A/C cover is crap do not waste your money. Just noticed that it is filled with water which means water gets in when it rains. Did not notice it until now and it is 1 day too late to return.

Purchased this to replace our old one which belonged to a larger air conditioner system.This product was super easy to put on, the ties that came with this were easy to use.So far its doing a great job!

Dimensions for large cover are correct, my unit is 1/2 inch smaller in height, width, depth, so the fit is PERFECT. I especially like the two straps that come with the cover. Each strap is actually two straps connected with an elastic band, this makes creating a tight fit easy keeps the strap tension from damaging the unit. Be careful when putting the cover on and taking off, they have plastic seams which are never very strong.

This AC cover has performed better than any I've used in the previous 20+ years. I thought I had ordered the cover with the fleece backing and was rather disappointed to find this was just a rather thin waterproof fabric. I'd had a nice one with a thick fleece backing that covered 3 sides. It worked very well for many years. I threw it away because there were spiders on it (yes, I did LOL). I could never find that kind again so I've been using the silver or fabric ones with flimsy interlocking…

I bought this cover because it was highly rated, and they claimed it would fit "most 12k to 15k btu AC's". I have a 13k btu unit and the cover I received was almost twice as large as the unit. I didn't return it because I thought I could make it work. I was wrong. I put it on as best I could and tightened the straps as much as possible. And I installed foam side panels. This thing will break in the first storm. Terrible quality, it’s equivalent to a plastic bag with straps. Actually.a plastic bag would probably be a better solution.

My husband put this cover on very quickly and it has really help to keep the draft out and save the air conditioner from the colder weather

This was just a little bigger than my conditioner but it fits perfect just a tuck here and there, the straps were very easy. I could tell immediately it’s keeping the cold air out! I don’t understand the bad reviews this is exactly what we where looking for

Love the straps, it has an elastic section to allow for secure tightening and trust me I tightened them and they withstood my janking on them. I had to fidget with this cover a bit as I needed it to cover not only my a/c but the bracket holding the a/c up. It was plenty big to do that too so I am super pleased with it. The material looks sturdy so I gave it a 5 but will know more after the season. Thank you.

This cover was easy to use and leaving in the Northeast durability was important. We have had a nor easter and a wind and rain event and still securely covering the air conditioner.

Very good quality cover. Covers all 5 exposed sides of the AC. Best I ever used. A bit more expensive than what I have bought in the past but well worth it if it lasts more than one season, and based upon the thickness of the material I expect it will. Very nice belts (2) to secure the cover to the AC.

It’s ok, hopefully it will last more than one season. Started to get rain water and was sagging but added an extra bungee cord and that fixed problem.

Putting the cover on the air conditioner was easy so was placing the straps around it. However, every time it rained I had to unstrap these tight straps and then empty a ton of water that for some reason continues to pool at the back of the cover. I was afraid that this would cause rust to form on my brand new air conditioner.

I replaced a flimsy open bottom cover that merely tied to hold it on. This unit is terrific.It covers the bottom and - best of all - it comes with two adjustable straps that hold the cover on the Air Conditioner almost like a glove. It holds in windy conditions and helps keep the unit protected from the weather and puts less cold air near the vents to enter the house. Great product.

We have an air conditioner that is not used as the house went to a heat pump several years ago. It’s actually in the wall instead of a window. It was a bit of an eyesore on our patio area with the typical grey cover. We measured and went with a slightly larger size for the cover and it worked. Perfect color. Love the material, it was so much better than we had hoped for. This is what an outdoor cover should be made out of!

It fits well to my unit with 28 W, although it said fits 27 W. I asked the question if it fits to 28 W, because material is different. The manufacturer said it fits then I ordered it right away. It is easy to put on and fit beautifully.
