Great product, poor customer service. My husband and I love pillows, but his pillow needed more filling and mine fit just right. The box said to email customer service for more materials. I sent 3 emails with no response, confirmation or padding. So now to make my husband happy I have to share my filling or buy another filling pillow. Otherwise, the cool side is great for hot Texas nights and the bamboo side is great when it's cooler. It has an inner lining to contain the foam and a thicker outer coating that regulates temperature. Would have liked to have given higher ratings but the lack of response and foam separation issue are disappointing. Keep in mind that most people don't need very thick and hard pillows, so this may not be an issue for every couple.
