Great product, poor customer service. My husband and I love pillows, but his pillow needed more filling and mine fit just right. The box said to email customer service for more materials. This pillow is moderately comfortable. I've changed the filling multiple times and I'm still looking for that golden mean. I like the fact that it's adjustable.
