So my wife and I needed new pillows. Although we are picky. After several weeks of searching, reading and thinking, we decided on her. When we arrived we had concerns. Our pillows were packed in 2 small tubes. We followed the instructions and floof of course. Two super full and finished pillows. So full that we pulled a ton of filling out of each one because our heads were crooked sleeping with them. So we slept on them. I'm a SUPER hot sleeper. So the pillow has to counteract that somehow. This pillow helps a lot. It doesn't fix anything (I really need a chilled bed), but this pillow does a pretty good job of curbing heat build-up for me. I still wake up in a sweat sometimes, but not much anymore. How is it holding up? That's where the pillow drops the star. The filling will move away from your head. Basically to the top of the pillow leaving a wedge shape. It's not always and it's not scary, but it happens. I just flip the pillow over and it corrects itself, but still. It's annoying when you wake up and your neck twists a bit because of it. Overall, I really like these pillows. My wife likes it too. I like that I can adjust the fullness and it usually helps me sleep well. Definitely figure out how to keep the pillow flat/evenly fluffed and that's 5 stars for me. I also like that they have a spit lid, which makes them easy to care for.
