This pillow is moderately comfortable. I've changed the filling multiple times and I'm still looking for that golden mean. I like the fact that it's adjustable. The "Cool" side is silky and cool at first. I often wake up quite hot at night and have to turn the pillow over to the bamboo side. I had to do the same with all the cool pillows, although I think this one will be warmer. The benefit of this pillow is that the pieces of foam (rather than one solid piece) distribute heat more evenly, allowing air to circulate and less sweating. The cool side grinds those spidery bits and it gets pretty annoying. This scared me at first as I was sure the spider was entangled in my hair until I realized it was a pillowcase! 🥴 Now that the 30 day return period has expired I need to find a solution to this. A pillowcase makes it practically useless. One thing I quickly learned about Revain reviews is that it's important to pay attention to individual reviews and not the overall rating. Very often, a product has excellent overall ratings, but when you start reading individual reviews, you realize that the product has several issues.
