I've wanted to write this review for a long time because I had high hopes from other reviews - they were misplaced. Within two days, the seams on the "cool side" began to aggressively unravel (see photo). Even though I didn't remove the foam from the pillow, I would say it flattened about 80% in no more than two weeks, so it looks like photos of pillows with the foam removed. If you prefer a flatter pillow I would suggest giving it time to settle down first as the difference was dramatic. Otherwise the pillow is comfortable enough and the cooling side works quite well, however half the pillowcase practically falls apart on first use, which is why I can't give more than two stars here.
