Great for protecting your eyes from cataracts when you do a lot of computer work.

Ideal for protecting your eyes and preventing cataracts when you do a lot of computer work. My ophthalmologist recommended the use of blue blockers. However, they are so yellow that I don't see the areas highlighted in yellow in the documents I use. but still great.
