As you can see from the video, the light has three different bright colors, one warm and two different white lights. On the remote, you can press and hold the raise or raise button and then just release it once you've reached the brightness level you want. It comes with a small remote control which, once your phone is connected to the light as you saw in the video, you can use the remote control to take pictures and use Bluetooth remote access. Great light! Good price! Very happy! Easy to set up!
