Works as advertised
All sandbags hold more than 25 pounds (instructions only say 2/3 full) The digital scale I used showed 24.95 or 25.5 pounds. I couldn't hit exactly 25 pounds so I stuck with 24.95. I put the rest of the sand in a bag with weights and bought 2 x 50 lb bags from Home Depot for $5 a bag.
