(FORMAT ONE STAR) I am so saddened by this review! The case looks good...feels good...appears to be of good quality. Arrived well packaged... but when you can actually type, the keyboard isn't very good... not responsive. Maybe if you hunt and peck. I bought a warranty... maybe a new keyboard? If it is the same or the customer service is not very good…. My advice: DO NOT DO THIS :(UPDATE: I worked with an Amazon rep (?) to resolve my issue. They sent a replacement which arrived the next day. Shock beyond shock, the product actually worked SIGNIFICANTLY better than the original I am very happy with the resolution process and very happy with the product (so far) UPDATE to UPDATE - First let me say that the attempt to solve my initial problem was excellent The company contacted me and wanted provide me another product they did, i received it and it worked significantly better than the previous keyboard i had it for probably three weeks and the charge on this keyboard probably lasts a couple or three hours total it will be easy a sentence dies in the middle of typing I'm back to my only star... And frankly, all the attention I'm putting into this product ken makes it less than one star. The cover itself is good if that's all you're interested in again. :(
