It is very easy to use, it has an option for free trial which I have used to test many tools like this one before making my final decision. They are reliable & they do not charge you anything until your first request reaches 1Mb or more so there's nothing left in pocket after using them. Nothing as such but their support team was helpful when needed during beta period. The UI could be improved further - a better design would make things easier. Also, don't forget that some features may require additional paid plan (such as custom domains etc.). We were looking at different options for our website which had heavy traffic with short URLs.
