Very unhappy with the roll I received

I must say that 80% of the reel had serious problems. it was not glued to the backing, so most of the roll had large creases. which in turn caused me to lose a lot of media, I also found it difficult not only to make stencils but also to apply them to the canvas. so my work wood bled under the vinyl because it wasn't flat. Man was QC! so disappointing
