I was looking for a durable massage gun that was affordable and would stand the test of time. I was impressed with how it looked online and in one video I saw it sounded low. Anyway, I bought one and received it today. Long story short, mine wasn't quiet. It appears that something is dangling inside the case. One of the benefits for me was the increased vibration when pressing on the surface. When the product is on, it runs at low speed and accelerates when the tip is pressed. The product I received sounds like something is missing from its case and makes a rattling noise like the motor is not fully bonded or secured. This is now before I start pushing on the top. When I press the tip the rattle gets louder which tells me I may have received a bad product because the video I saw was quiet. Not sure I can recommend this based on my experience. On the other hand, if the hardware can run silently and the motor is well protected inside, it would be a good buy. I am returning my item.
