Great bag but all 3 leaked

As much as I loved your bag when I first got it, I do not anymore. I’m on my 3rd one and the have ALL leaked within a month. 1st one strap fell off and leaked within 1 week, returned through Revain. 2nd one was great for 2 months then starting leaking bad, but it was too late to return, so I just ordered another one, because I really liked them. 3rd one leaked on day 2. I WISH they worked because I wanted to get them for all the guys and girls at our businesses, ummmm not so much.I Guess I have to switch to another brand and tryout those backpack coolers. 😏
