Review on e-days by John Vann

The customer service from Eday was amazing! I had no idea what my options were when it came time to hire someone who could help me out in this area as well as handle payroll. They helped guide us through every process step by step so we didn't have any surprises or problems down the line. It's been almost 2 weeks since our new system went live and there has not one negative comment about how easy their software makes things go along way smoother than before (and that includes having another person doing your taxes). This program does EVERYTHING you can think of. If something comes up where i'm unsure whether its within the capabilities of this product then i just ask them if it needs more attention/resources put towards making changes. Their support team are always willing to listen and work together with you to make sure issues don't get overlooked too much. We're still learning some little tricks but overall it seems like such advanced.
